All students deserve access to engaging, rigorous learning that helps them build competence and confidence – regardless of ability, language, or background.
2. Financial Responsibility That Protects the Classroom
Our dollars should reflect our values, and classrooms, para-educators, and counselors should be shielded – not sacrificed. The district must lead by example by scrutinizing central administration and operational spending.
3. Safety, Cleanliness, and Wellness for All
Clean schools are safe schools. When custodial positions are cut, it doesn't just mean more work – it means real safety concerns for students and staff. I will advocate for staffing decisions that reflect the importance of both physical safety and learning conditions.
4. A Culture of Support for Educators
When we invest in our staff—through collaboration, respect, and adequate resources—students benefit. I will support policies that help retain excellent educators and build stronger school climates.
